What is the difference between a Mini Session and a Full Session?

Mini Session…

Mini sessions are short photography sessions, usually around 20 minutes each, in a location chosen by the photographer. These are held back-to-back on a specific date, with one specific setup which allows for a lower price point. Everybody gets roughly the same session and poses. This type of session is ideal for people with limited time and especially parents with children as they often have very short attention spans. This allows parents to get some great images of their family without spending too much time trying to wrangle the kids. Mini sessions are seasonal and celebrates different occasions. For example, Mummy & Me minis for Mother’s Day, or special days like Easter or Christmas because you get a few images captured to commemorate the event to share with family and friends.

Full Session…

A full session is typically an hour long. This allows the photographer time to get to know everyone, ensuring everyone feels relaxed in front of the camera. This type of session entitles you to customise the session to your needs. You choose the time and date for the session to occur and at the location of your choice. Whatever your requirements may be, we’ll work closely with you to achieve the style and look that suits you, and most importantly, we’ll capture a beautiful collection of natural portraits that you will cherish forever.
